Our professional, friendly, experienced staff is here to make your dental visit a pleasant experience.  We understand many people are apprehensive about dental treatment and our goal is to provide a thoughtful atmosphere in order to make our patients fell as comfortable as possible.

Angelica Damian, D.D.S 


Our lead and clinical Dentist and Co-Owner of the practice is Dr. Angelica Damian.  Dr. Damian was born and raised here in southwest Denver and withstanding the years she was in dental school has remained a lifelong resident.  She went to John F. Kennedy High School and Colorado State University for her undergraduate degree.  She earned her D.D.S. from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 2009 where she developed her love for dentistry as a true family practitioner.  Her desire has been to develop a true family practice treating patients from children to geriatrics which is what is achieved here at Red Rocks Family Dentistry.  Angelica also enjoys running, going to concerts, hanging out with family and friends, attending or watching sporting events and is an AVID Broncos fan- GO BRONCOS!

Chelsea Freiberg, D.M.D 


            
Dr. Chelsea Freiberg is a fifth generation native of Colorado, born and raised in the Lakewood area. She attended Green Mountain High School where she played the piano and drum set for their Jazz Ensemble, as well as softball for their high school team.  Dr. Freiberg went on to play college softball for Colorado State University in Fort Collins, where she began earning her degree in Biomedical Science. After three years at Colorado State, she was accepted into the Dental Medical program at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona.  It was there she earned her D.M.D. degree and graduated in 2015 as the first doctor in her family.  Dr. Freiberg has been in the dental field throughout her entire life.  Her grandfather owned a dental lab, which was passed on to her father, and eventually again to her brother, Josh.  Dr. Freiberg's main goals are to help people overcome their dental fear and to help change people's lives for the better.  Dr. Freiberg enjoys playing softball, the piano and drums in her spare time, as well as working out and taking her dogs running.      

Josh Freiberg 


Josh comes from a strong dental family that includes a brother that is a hygienist, a younger sister who is currently a dentist in the practice and graduated from Midwestern University School of Dentistry.  He had a father and grandfather who were both dental technicians. As a third generation member of the team Josh has received multiple awards from the community such as the Betty Norris Memorial Award for his work in the geriatric population. In 2013 he recieved the Circle of Angels Award from Volunteers of America.  In 2015 he recived the distinguished Al Berger Award from the Colorado Gerontological Society for his coummunity service work.  He is a firm believer that dental care should be affordable and at the same time offering exceptional quality. Josh has an extensive background in removable prosthodontics. His family lab was founded in 1954 by his grandfather, George W. Freiberg and has since been passed down three generations to Josh. 

Josh was also born and raised here in the Denver Metro area attending Green Mountain High School and then moving on to college in Manhattan, New York. Josh attended Manhattanville College in New York where he was a two sport athlete. After college, he settled back home here in Littleton where he started his family. Josh has three children ages fourteen, eleven and nine and is an active member in the local community. His passion for sports is still evident as he continues to coach his son's little league baseball team.

Maria Calderon (Patient Coordinator)


Maria has been in the dental field for 12+ years. She graduated from Concorde Career College back in 2001. Majority of her dental experience has been assisting as an EDDA. She is always looking to learn and grow in the dental field and has recently transitioned to the front.

She enjoys helping patients understand their dental needs and what to expect during treatment. She is great at helping calm our patients who have been traumatized by previous dental experiences. 
Maria enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and is very involved in her kids’ lives. She is the real MVP of her family.

Maria is a great asset to our team and we love having her here!

Kim Thornton (Hygienist)


Kim has been an intregral part of the dental community for over 25 years, and a member of our team for the past six years. She is our lead hygienist at Red Rocks Family Dentistry. Kim is so kind and easygoing, you can't help but feel comfortable with her! She is smart and dedicated, fun, kind and genthle with her patients. We love her and we know you will too! 

Jacque Gisetti (Hygienist)


 Jaque joined our team in June of 2017, but has been practicing in the Denver area for over 10 years. A narive of Colorado she graduated from Green Mountain Senior High and has a Biology degree from CSU, then attended CCD for her Dental Hygiene degree. 
Jaque spends her free time with her husbnd and two rambuncious girls. Outside of dentistry Jacque is a Day of Coordinator for a local events company. She enjoys reading, crocheting, and walking her dogs. 

Jessie Peterson (Dental Assistant)




Jessie was born and raised in Nebraska and graduated from Gretna High School and then went on to graduate from the University of NE at Lincoln with a degree in Elementary Special Education. Gooooo Biiiig RED!!! She retired from teaching to focus on starting a family after her husband’s career moved them out to the great state of Colorado. She received her Dental Assisting training at Emily Griffith Technical College. She completed her clinicals at Red Rocks Family Dentistry in September of 2016 and has been assisting Dr. Freiberg ever since.
 
She spends her free time with her feisty son Elliott, her husband Nick, and their huge Greater Swiss Mountain dog named Amos. They enjoy exploring all the fun outdoor activities Colorado is known for. She loves hiking, yoga, skiing, boating, gardening and knitting!
 
She loves educating patients about their oral health and making them as comfortable as possible while at our dental office.

Kirsten Hill (Dental Assistant-EDDA)


Kirsten Hill was born and raised in the southwest Denver area and she, too, is a fifth generation Colorado native. Kirsten attended John F. Kennedy and Florence Crittendon High School, where she earned her diploma. 
Kirsten attended Concorde Career College where she received her Dental Assisting Certificate in April, 2008.

Additionally, earning an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) Certificate in 2016 from Colorado School of Dental Assisting. After receiving her EDDA certificate.
She also spent time teaching the technical art of dental assisting for the school as well and has worked for dentists in the Denver Metro area since 2008. In her free time Kirsten stays busy with her two children Drake and Marley.
